Pierre started is career in the marine industry in shore-based mechanics and maintenance services.

He then graduated a limited captain and engineer licence and sailed as captain and engineer onboard work boats in the offshore petroleum industry in Africa, and as yacht skipper for private charters in the mediterranean area.

After graduating a professional licence in international transport and logistics, he worked as PnI surveyor and correspondent in Marseille and West-Africa.

He joined the IMCS Group of companies in 2011 by setting up the French – mediterranean IMCS office.

Having in the interval graduated a professional trainer degree, he is regularly attending as trainer on local high schools and universities for international marine and multimodal transport courses.

Pierre is member of the “Nautical Institute”, and of the “Collège Européen des Experts Maritimes et Fluviaux” (CEEMF).

Graduated International transports and logistics license.

Pierre is also a certified operator for ultrasonic tightness testing.
