IMCS Russia (St. Petersburg), is a registered member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and provides marine survey and consultancy services at the Port of St. Petersburg and various ports of North West and Central Regions of Russia. We cover the ports of Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, Kaliningrad, Moscow, and Cherepovets as well as other ports of the Russian Federation. We are also called upon to attend at a number of ports in Finland such as Kotka and Hamina and the inland ports of Saimaa Lake, all of which are within driving distance of St. Petersburg.
Our office is located closely to the port of St. Petersburg and its terminals so we can easily and promptly reach any area of the port. After being established in 1997, we have constantly sought to improve our services and skills by attending various seminars and forums held by P&I Clubs, The Nautical Institute and Insurance Companies. We have extensive experience in surveys of steel, timber, different bulk cargoes, fruits, vegetables, frozen cargoes and containers. We carry out many different types of ship inspections (P&I, H&M, Flagstate), on/off hire, pre-loading/loading survey, cargo quality control, towing arrangements and/or inspections/calculations, lashing & securing and hatch cover inspections with Ultrasonic equipment (Sherlog).
